This exceptionally 4 bedroom home is located in a quiet neighbourhood of private owned houses, very close to the river, the beach and the fishinhg village of Alvor.

Villa close to the fishing village of Alvor, beaches and Golf courses.

This property is suited to small or large families.

The house is too big for a small family? There is the possibility of taking just one floor level or one room.

The ground floor consists of a welcoming hallway, with Internet connection, living/dining room providing access to the porch, garden, and pool. A large kitchen with a stove,oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a freezer. At the rear of the kitchen there is an area with a barbecue.

In the ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite, one double bedroom, a family bathroom with shower, while upstairs is one bedroom with queen bed size, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The bedrooms lead out to a terrace, overlooking the ria of Alvor and the lawn bowling club. The hall has some exercises machines and a tv for dvd watch. The doors lead out to two terraces with lovely views of the ria, the neighbourhood, and the mountain of Monchique.

The villa is very close from the fishing village of Alvor, beaches and dunes, as well golf courses and tennis clubs.

It is only 2 km from the busy fishing village of Alvor.

Praia da Rocha, with its hotels, bars, restaurants and the casino is only 6 km away. Lagos is 15 minutes drive.

Things to do: scuba diving, surfing, windsurfing, golf courses, jet skiing, fishing, cycling, sailing, water parks, jeep safaris and Zoo marine world, for the kids. If it is the period of skydiving, you can see it, at the aerodrome just a short walk away from the house. The racing track and karting 15 minutes away is a place to go.

The Spa of Caldas de Monchique is 20 km away.

Meridian Penina-4 km

There are plenty of other things to do besides the ones on this list.

If you fancy Skydiving there is an aerodrome at walking distance.

Portimão race track and karting is at 15 min. drive.

Sightsee on the Monchique mountain, visit the lovely historic city of Lagos and Moorish Silves, or spend your days at a nearby beach.

    To secure reservation we require:
    50% deposit, balance due two weeks before arrival.
    Name, Adress, Coutry, Phone, ID. Flight Number, Airport of arrival.
    Guests have access to the accomodation from 2pm on the day of arrival and are requested to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
    These prices are based on 1 to 8 persons. For an extra person an additional 10 euros will be charged.
    There is a 300 euros security deposit payable at your arrival. We will ask you to report any damages as soon as they occur. The 300 euros deposit, less any amounts due if there is any breakage will be returned the day of your departure. If the damage will be superior to the the deposit, you will pay the totality of the damage less the breakage deposit.
    The tariff includes cleaning before and after each booking, and linen and towels,except for beach and pool.
    The rental Include water, electricity, gas and access to the swimming pool.
